Aaron was born and raised in Indiana, where he developed a strong work ethic and a natural interest in aviation and the outdoors early on. He didn’t get into the aircraft business through a traditional path, his experience comes from being around airplanes, in the hangars hands on working closely with owners, and learning the details that actually matter when it comes to buying, selling, and operating aircraft.

Today, Aaron focuses on helping clients acquire, sell, and manage business jets worldwide. He's known for taking a straightforward, no-nonsense approach in an industry that can often feel overly complicated. His goal is simple: give clients clear, honest information so they can make the right decision for their situation. Whether he's representing a buyer or a seller, Aaron stays involved in every step of the process and puts a strong emphasis on communication and follow-through.
On the management side, Aaron is hands-on and detail-oriented. He works closely with owners to oversee maintenance, records, crew coordination, and compliance, making sure their aircraft is not only operating safely, but also being cared for the right way long-term. His background gives him the ability to spot issues early, avoid unnecessary surprises, and help owners protect their investment.
Outside of aviation, Aaron loves spending most of his time with his wife Abby, two kids Brooklynn and Maverick and their two dogs Kina and Graham, along with a barn full of horses. He enjoys working with and training young horses, something that requires patience, consistency, and attention to detail, the same qualities he brings into his aviation work. When he's not around airplanes, you'll usually find him outdoors with friends and a horse.
